CARTA ORVIETO UNICA is a pre-paid card that gives the bearer access to the monuments of Orvieto.

Where to buy it:
Currently the card is for sale at the sales point that has been installed specially in the railway station parking logt, as well as at the Servizio Turistico Orvietano in Piazza Duomo.
At both these points visitors will find multi-lingual staff who will be happy to point out all the sights included on the card, as well as a number of other interesting places to see both in the city and in the surrounding area.
Al momento dell'acquisto il turista riceve anche una mappa della città per poter individuare facilmente i luoghi di visita e materiale riepilogativo degli orari in cui è possibile usufruire dei servizi della Carta. Si può comunque trovare anche presso tutte le strutture ricettive dell'Orvietano convenzionate.

How it works:
Carta Unica is a system that includes Orvieto’s major museums and sights, such as the San Brizio Chapel in the Duomo, the Torre del Moro, the Museo "Claudio Faina" and Orvieto Underground. The card also includes a number of services such as guided tours at certain times, as well as a cumulative bus + funicular ticket, to act as an encouragement for tourists to leave their cars below the city and use the public transport available. As soon as a visitor enters one of the facilities included on the card, the staff will stamp the part of the card that refers to that particular section.

Card types:
Carta Orvieto Unica is available in two formats: for individuals, at its full price, and for groups or students with a discount per head.

Validity:
The card is valid for a year, so that visitors who are unable to make full use of all the facilities listed can return to Orvieto and use up their remaining points.

reduction € 10.50 (students, the elderly, groups of over 15 people)
