Courses - Guitar Summer Workshop in Orvieto Orvieto (Tr). Organised in collaboration with the provincial administration of Terni, this year's edition of the Campo Musicale Chitarristico summer guitar workshop will run from July 13th to 18th in Palazzo del Gusto (Chiostro di San Giovanni) and has now reached its 19th edition. This year’s camp will have three master classes: - Repertoire analysis: conducted by Javier Perez Forte, who will focus on the different techniques employed for the various musical genres present in the guita repertoire. - Ensemble playing: in this master class Javier Perez Forte will focus on the importance of knowing how to play as part of a chamber group. - Guitar: Francesco Dodaro and Gabriele Carolé will focus on dissecting the score and learning how to bring out the various sections that are related to one another. On July 18th students and teachers will perform in the closing concert, scheduled to take place in the cloister of the Palazzo del Gusto. Free admission.
